For the first time, a member of former president Donald Trump’s administration has been arrested for his involvement in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol in Washington. Federico Klein, who was then a mid-level political appointee at the State Department and former Trump campaign aide, is accused of beating police with a riot shield.
The guy is a nonentity in the Trump administration. I’m sure he reflects a lot of the ideals, but he was probably the only one to act. I’d be surprised if there were more.
