An interesting article that shows that Gazelka, in particular, and the Republican state senate, in general, believe that folks will follow guidelines without enforcement. Experience in other states has shown that this approach fails miserably. I don’t know why they keep pushing it.
Actually I do know why, complying is difficult, and there are a lot of voters who would just wish this pandemic away, or don’t believe it is severe. Republicans want those votes.
