The impacts of climate change could prompt millions of Americans to relocate in coming decades, moving inland away from rising seas, or north to escape rising temperatures.

This is the beginning of a migration tsunami. It will build slowly, but inexorably and lead to the weakening of the entire southern border. It will also put pressure on the southern border for non-citizens.
