I might have to agree. This is basically saying that Trump is a demagogue. There were no real policies, except those enacted by his lieutenants. Some matched the rhetoric, some did not. Some matched the libertarian streak of his free-market followers, some did not. Trump is a master at saying what his followers wanted to hear.
