Caught on a video, perhaps recorded secretly, saying a number of untrue, ignorant and/or offensive things at a restaurant table in Hillsdale County, Michigan Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey issued an elastic apology late Tuesday night.
He did issue an “apology”. It is widely seen as a non-apology. The man is ignorant and cowardly.
