President Joe Biden signed an executive order on Sunday to promote additional access to voting. It came symbolically on the 56th anniversary of the march for voting rights in Selma, Ala., known as “Bloody Sunday.”
A nice gesture, but this will have limited effect. More is needed but will have to be passed by Congress. That’s a much heavier lift.
